1. Final Sale Policy For health and hygiene reasons, all sales of adult toys, vibrators, intimate novelties, and lingerie are final. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on these items once they have been shipped, regardless of whether the packaging has been opened or not.
2. Defective or Damaged Items We stand by the quality of our premium products. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund.
You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the defective or damaged item.

3. Order Cancellations Because we strive to process and ship orders as discreetly and quickly as possible, we can only accept order cancellations if the request is made within 2 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be canceled.
